Terms of Service

The terms under which you may use Vine.

1. The service

Vine is a hosted sales-CRM application provided by Marcos Antonio Oliveira Ramos (see Imprint). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in email secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.

3. Acceptable use

  • Only store personal data you have a lawful basis to process, and comply with applicable law (including the GDPR) when adding contacts and sending outreach.
  • Do not use Vine for unlawful, infringing, or abusive purposes, or to send spam.
  • Do not attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.

For the customer data you store, you are the data controller and we are your processor — see the Privacy Policy.

4. Subscriptions & billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe.
  • Prices are shown on the pricing page and exclude any applicable taxes.
  • You can change or cancel your plan at any time from Settings → Manage subscription; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and access continues until then.
  • Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.

5. Availability & warranty

We work to keep Vine available and secure but provide the service “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, and the courts of Munich shall have jurisdiction where permitted.
